This book tells a story. My story. Each chapter starts with a personal anecdote followed by a lesson I've learned through that experience. However this book is not just my book, the reader gets to take part of it by completing little challenges at the end of each chapter. For example the first chapter talks about how often we complain about things in our every day life and I try to give a few little tips and tricks that help me personally to reduce my amount of complaints every day.
