These Proceedings of the 10th World Conference on Titanium will be again a valuable sourcebook for scientists, engineers, and students.The 10th World Conference on Titanium will cover all aspects of titanium including the complete production route from the ore to the finished products, all application areas, new alloys, advanced materials, and microstructure/property evaluation. With this broad scope, the conference follows the intention of all previous titanium conferences, to bring together for one week the worldwide titanium community to present and discuss all new aspects in the area of titanium. The participation of the seven major titanium countries (USA, CIS, Japan, UK, France, China, and Germany) in theInternational Organizing Committee (IOC) guarantees extensive coverage of all new interesting areas in research, development, and application of titanium.
