Three detective stories featuring Nero Wolfe and his assistant Archie Goodwin. Wolfe, an exotic orchid cultivator and a connoisseur of women, leads this inseparable duo through intriguing mysteries. In the first story, "A Plate Full of Poison," a murder occurs during dinner, with the serving hostesses as suspects, each having a motive, but only one falls into the trap set by Wolfe. The second story, "Method Three," revolves around jealousy as the motive. The final tale, "Murder Among Cowboys," takes place on a private ranch where rodeo enthusiasts test their skills in roping.
