Paddington is very excited that the Browns have such a beautiful garden, where he is even allowed to tend to his own little patch. However, being a gardener is not as easy as he thought. Equipped with a jar of marmalade, he sets off in search of inspiration and ends up on a construction site behind the Browns' garden. From the ladder, he is sure he will have a wonderful view of his own little garden and a much better perspective. Unfortunately, bears, ladders, and marmalade do not mix well at all.
