Corporate governance systems develop and evolve in response to the market challenges and regulatory changes. The transition of CEE countries and their accession to the EU as well as the need to face the globalization led to the significant changes in corporate governance system. This book presents the emergence of Polish corporate governance from centrally planning to concentrated control focusing on its dynamics and development addressing its strenghts and challenges.
