The seminar paper recounts a group's first experience in India during an exchange program from February 8 to 19, 2011. The participants visited major cities like Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, and organized an additional week in Goa. Their itinerary included visits to universities and Indian companies, along with sightseeing. The journey provided them with valuable insights into the stark cultural differences between India and Germany, leading them to navigate through the DMI Stages of cultural adaptation.
