Set on Christmas Eve, the story unfolds with Bob, a Salvation Army bell ringer, who connects with brothers Steven and Randy outside a department store. While Randy remains skeptical of Bob's kindness, Steven is captivated by his message of love and generosity, reminiscent of Bob's own childhood experience with a supportive coach. As Steven stands before a manger scene, the narrative transforms, bringing to life the first Christmas night with shepherds and wise men, enveloping him in a moment of wonder and faith.
