Focusing on the interplay between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy, this book investigates their impact on vocabulary acquisition among EFL learners. It highlights the scarcity of research on these traits in the context of IELTS candidates' vocabulary competence. The author argues that enhancing emotional intelligence can boost self-efficacy, ultimately fostering a positive emotional environment that aids in vocabulary learning. This work aims to underscore the importance of personality traits in language education and suggests new research avenues in this underexplored field.
