Implementing cooperative learning fosters positive interdependence among students, enhancing interpersonal relationships. Additionally, the No-Blame Approach is recommended for mediating conflicts between victims and bullies, ensuring support for both parties. This strategy aims to create a safer and more inclusive school environment.
