Focusing on the causes of youth unemployment in Sierra Leone, this study highlights key factors such as the legacy of civil war, labor market mismatches, weak entrepreneurial support, rural-to-urban migration, and limited agricultural involvement. It employs structured questionnaires and interviews, alongside a review of relevant reports and policies. The research aims to develop sustainable employment strategies to improve youth employment management, offering valuable insights for policymakers in Sierra Leone and similar contexts.
