The author emphasizes the importance of recognizing various analytical variables that can lead to AMI, advocating for their routine measurement to prevent costly treatments in Intensive Coronary Care Units. By raising awareness of these additional risk factors, the work aims to change the perception that being Normolipidemic equates to being risk-free.
