This study explores the impact of continuous social inclusion in a virtual ball tossing game on the P300 event-related potential through single trial analysis. Participants engaged in Cyberball, experiencing varying levels of inclusion and exclusion. The research focused on the P3b subcomponent, analyzing data using both raw and preprocessed methods, including Independent Component Analysis. The study aimed to understand how changes in target probability affect P300 amplitude and latency, ultimately comparing different analytical approaches to validate findings.
