The book, grounded in extensive fieldwork, examines the transformations these groups undergo as they adapt from their Asian origins. It investigates the extent of these changes and whether distinct forms of British Buddhism are beginning to develop, providing valuable insights into the evolving landscape of Buddhism in Britain.
