The dissertation investigates the challenges pastors encounter when forming partnerships with local public schools. It identifies and weighs these barriers while examining successful strategies employed by pastors to initiate and sustain these collaborations. The research culminates in a proposed framework for clergy continuing education, aimed at equipping leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster effective church-public school partnerships.
