Focusing on the troubling issue of low academic performance in secondary schools, this research examines five underperforming schools in Vadodara, where board exam results have consistently fallen below thirty percent. Through personal visits and in-depth case studies, the researcher identifies the underlying causes of these poor outcomes. Utilizing interviews and observations, the study aims to provide insights that can guide improvements, addressing a significant concern for society regarding educational effectiveness and resource allocation.
