Focusing on personality traits, this academic paper examines how MA English students in Urmia, Iran, perceive their teachers' code-switching behavior. It analyzes the correlation between specific personality traits—extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience—and students' attitudes toward code-switching. The study also discusses the overall attitudes of these students regarding their teachers' use of code-switching in the classroom, providing insights into the impact of personality on educational dynamics.
