Set against the backdrop of New York City, Sergeant Samuel, now in traffic police, partners with the devout officer Huang. His encounter with Olis, a street singer with a mysterious past, leads him into a web of corruption tied to the Vatican. As Samuel, aided by conflicted gang leader Melera, investigates, he uncovers the exploitation of innocent individuals by church officials driven by greed. Ultimately, Samuel must choose between his moral convictions and exposing the dark secrets of Cardinal Marchetto Caccini, challenging the very foundations of faith and loyalty.
