The work presents a novel approach for enhancing intercultural and interdisciplinary meetings through the 'JOIN Principle,' which integrates Theme-Centred Interaction (TCI) and Reteaming methodology. It features a comprehensive literature review on culture and communication, alongside a rare English analysis of TCI. The TCI group phase model is introduced, detailing emotional dynamics in group development. Practical examples and guidelines make it a useful handbook. The thesis also includes findings from five workshops using JOIN, with insights from participating executives and recommendations for future research.
