It examines the interplay of international law and the validity of agreements made by Caspian states, while also addressing the influence of non-coastal nations. The author suggests improvements for international legal regulation, proposing models for dispute resolution involving third parties and enhancing the effectiveness of legal frameworks governing the Caspian Sea's resources.
