Focusing on ethical decision-making, this study investigates how elementary principals navigate dilemmas using Shapiro and Stefkovich's multiethical paradigms. It employs Moustakas' transcendental phenomenology and Nash's three moral languages to analyze principals' experiences. Through interviews and demographic questionnaires, the research delves into the unique perceptions of school administrators operating in rural settings, shedding light on their leadership challenges and ethical considerations.
