Focusing on the evaluation of a provincial university's Business English curriculum, this research employs needs analysis theory to assess the requirements of undergraduates, graduates, employers, and teachers. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, it includes a four-year longitudinal study comparing English proficiency improvements between Business English students and traditional majors, measured by TEM-4 and TEM-8. While based on a single case study, the findings offer valuable insights for enhancing Business English curriculum design at similar academic institutions.
