Focusing on the often-overlooked concept of organizational cynicism in Arab environments, this book explores its effects on various aspects of job attitudes and behaviors within teaching hospitals in Egypt. It conducts empirical studies to analyze how organizational cynicism influences job attitudes, organizational commitment, and organizational change, as well as its relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. The findings aim to provide insights into improving workplace dynamics in the context of Egyptian healthcare institutions.
