Janis Sarra analyzes case studies and compares Canada’s approach to that of Germany, France, and the U.S. By integrating extensive research and interviews, she emphasizes the public interest in recognizing these stakeholders, arguing for a legal framework that maximizes diverse interests in corporate insolvency.
