It analyzes the techno-political cultures and structural changes that diverge from traditional design principles. The dynamics of influential regulatory bodies like the RFC, IETF, ISOC, and the Internet Governance Forum are scrutinized, highlighting their struggles to address the emerging challenges posed by these structural transformations.
