Evaluation of an Integrated STEM Professional Development Model into an Elementary School

The research evaluates an Integrated STEM Professional Development Model's impact on elementary teachers, focusing on student perceptions of the classroom environment and mathematics outcomes. It analyzes data from 664 students in grades 3 to 5 across 41 classrooms, including responses from a STEM-focused school and four other elementary schools. The study utilized a learning environment questionnaire based on the WIHIC scales and an attitude scale from TOSRA to assess student feedback and attitudes towards their learning experiences in mathematics.
