Focusing on the process-structure-property relationship, this work investigates polymer/carbon nanofiller composites, particularly high-density polyethylene mixed with carbon fillers like nanotubes and graphite. It explores various processing methods, including compression molding and blown film extrusion, to enhance conductivity while preserving mechanical and thermal properties. The study addresses the critical yet often overlooked influence of processing on the structuring and performance of these composites, which are increasingly vital in aerospace, automotive, and electronic applications.
