Focusing on the synthesis and electrochemical analysis of donor doped barium titanate ceramics, this work details two synthesis methods: the solid oxide route for microscale and the oxalate process for nanoscale products. It includes comprehensive characterization of particles and sintered specimens using scanning electron microscopy, along with sample preparation techniques. Additionally, it explores impedance spectroscopy for industrial samples and features a chapter on optical measurements, including UV-VIS-NIR reflectance and solid-state luminescence spectroscopy, providing a thorough introduction to electroceramics characterization methods.
