How does physical discipline affect one's physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and psychological health? What is the determining factor between verbal and physical punishment and abuse? Does God literally expect parents to beat their children with a "ROD"? How has child discipline evolved over time? Are there alternative disciplinary options available that work?
