A leader is defined as a head, principal person and authoritative figure with the most significant position in an organization, household, body or group of people. A leader can be a man or a woman. He or she has countless responsibilities, just to name a few; he or she is someone who provides: guidance, instructions and support to individuals in an organization, congregation, the home, a business, employment and even real life situations.
