This is not the standard hardcover issue, but the fine-grain synthetic leather-bound, lightly padded Deluxe Edition (see scans), which bears its own ISBN, that being 9781426205286, and which was copyrighted and published in 2009, one year prior to the publication date of the standard hardcover edition. Quarto, deep navy blue fine grain synthetic leather lightly padded boards, gilt imprinting on front cover and spine, navy blue satin page-marker ribbon, All Edges Gilt, and a thick 527 pp. + 1. New; pristine and immaculate; removed from original packaging only for scanning and description. Note that the "light" spots in the frontal scan are reflective scanning artifacts only; these are not real. Also, the navy blue cover coloration is blue-er in scans than to the naked eye.
