I’m Not Normal; I’m Original is the touching memoir of a woman, Amy, who underwent significant trauma throughout her life—namely, surviving domestic violence and being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). Amy lived in a tumultuous family environment after her parents’ divorce, one where her father freely gave her money to get high and forget about her problems.
