There are many crags detailed including those around Grimsel, Andermatt, Altdorf, Sustenpass, Engleberg, Sargans, and Appenzell. In total 75 separate crags are detailed with the guidebook split into 6 areas, which (1) Susten - Furka - Oberalp (2) Obwalden - Schwyz - Klausen (3) Glarus - Weesen - Sargans (4) Montafon - Graubunden (5) Alpstein - Bregenz (6) Otztal The routes range from single pitch sport routes to long alpine style multi-pitch routes many 100’s of metres long. For each crag the type of equipment required is detailed. So for single pitch sport routes rope length and number of quickdraws are detailed.
