There is a lost key to successful living found throughout the Bible which has been set aside and misplaced by the Christian Church. It is fasting. The purpose of fasting is self-humbling. The history of the Jews attests that when the people fasted and prayed, God moved mightily. In the New Testament, Jesus puts fasting in equal footing with praying and giving. In this booklet, the author expounds on Bible passages on fasting that will prompt us to consider this discipline seriously.
