Norse mythology takes a playful turn in this engaging tale where five characters navigate a Ragnarok scenario incognito. Loki is humorously depicted as an Afghan hound, while Thor transforms into Thora, and Surt takes on the role of a bouncer. Amidst the chaos, Terry's dog seems to be possessed, setting the stage for a whimsical adventure in Oslo. This second edition features an alternative cover, showcasing more of Fenir's essence. A teaser trailer titled "Indognito," adapted from the novel, is on the way. ReviewGoblin.com praises the author’s writing style, which blends satire with a delightful absurdity. The story begins with a humorous forward that sets the tone for an unreasonable and fun narrative. The author’s wit shines through, reminiscent of Terry Pratchett’s subtle depth, adding layers to the satire that fans will appreciate. While the story is imaginative and well-crafted, some scenes feel rushed, leaving readers wanting more detail. Nevertheless, it remains a satisfying read. Following a group of Norse gods, invisible trolls, dwarves, and the reluctant hero Terry, the narrative balances modern comedy and fantasy. With its clever writing, this book stands proudly alongside mainstream favorites. Don’t miss the chance to dive into this entertaining journey!
