This new world, Prosperity, is even more savage than the Pyrrans, presenting its own challenges. Midway through the cunning campaign to tame the backward nomads of Prosperity, the Pyrrans abruptly return to their old planet upon receiving distress signals. Upon arrival, they find Pyrrus reduced to a smoking ruin.
