Lieutnenant Vincent Mora of the Miami Police is recuperating from bullet wounds in Puerto Rico. When his girlfriend goes to Atlantic City to become a "hostess" and Teddy Magyk, rapist and ex-con comes looking for the cop who put him away many years ago, Vincent soon finds himself in Atlantic City, wishing up on the gambling and drugs scene.
