A heartbroken Kevin Luong seeks solace by the ocean, recalling a legend from his mother. After letting seven tears fall into the sea, he unexpectedly saves a boy named Morgan, who later arrives professing love. Unbeknownst to Kevin, Morgan is a selkie, compelled to fulfill Kevin's wish for happiness.
