Set against the backdrop of 1917 New York, the notorious Lord of Terror, Fantômas, resurfaces with a sinister plan to capture Professor Harrington, the sole keeper of Eldorado's secret to gold-making. As America prepares for entry into the Great War, Fantômas aims to unleash chaos and establish his reign over the New World.
