Set in a post-nuclear war landscape, a small family emerges from an underground shelter after 18 months of isolation. Their journey through the storm-ravaged mountains of southern Colorado leads them to other survivors. However, their newfound complacency makes them vulnerable to The Boss, a self-proclaimed religious prophet whose ambitions challenge their survival skills and reshape their reality. Themes of resilience and the dangers of blind faith are explored as they navigate this treacherous new world.
