The story follows 14-year-old Dante and his friends as they navigate the harsh realities of life in Babylon, where survival often trumps decision-making. With Dante in need of a heart operation and Pook struggling with college expenses, the boys stumble upon a suitcase filled with cocaine. They must confront a moral dilemma: selling the drugs could provide an escape from their dire circumstances, but it would also contribute to the devastation of their community already plagued by addiction.
