In a thrilling race against time, Junior High students Dan and Maia must thwart the mad inventor Malicimus, who plans to annihilate life on Earth using the Large Hadron Collider. Their quest to find five rare volcanic gases takes them to the Galapagos Islands and the Sacred Valley of the Incas, guided by their extraordinary ally, Bugley—a talking, flying, and invisible car. The adventure unfolds against the backdrop of the Pacific Rim of Fire, rich in volcanoes and indigenous cultures, as they strive to save the planet from impending doom.
