The narrative follows journalist Jerome Fandor as he tracks the elusive Fantômas in London, only to be thwarted by the villain's sudden attack. Concurrently, Dr. Garrick, fleeing with his mistress after being implicated in his wife's disappearance, is pursued by Detective Shepard from Scotland Yard. Meanwhile, Madame Garrick, believed dead and hiding in France, possesses vital information that could clear her husband's name, but only Inspector Juve is aware of her shocking true identity.
