The story follows three Ugandans who embark on a perilous journey from training camps on the Pakistan/Afghanistan border to the Kenyan coast, traveling by dhow. Their adventure continues as they navigate through Nairobi by bus and then take a train to Kampala. Upon reaching the Ugandan capital, they receive a chilling directive from the 'Controller' to carry out an assassination of the Ugandan President, setting the stage for a tense and politically charged narrative.
