In the middle 1960s a Black astrophysics student discovers how to control gravity but tells no one. Instead, he gathers a small group of his friends together in secret, they build a space craft, travel to the back side of the moon, the side that never shows toward earth, and build an underground colony well before Neil Armstrong shows up. Over the next forty years they secretly bring 2000 additional African Americans to the moon and develop a Utopian society with advanced science and medicine; they are healthier and live longer than their cousins on earth. Discovery´s story begins in 2001, and tells of the circumstances that lead the United States of America to discover that these African Americans have been living on the moon for nearly half a century, and what happens in this country as a result.
