The U.S.S. Gerald R. Ford, America's newest and most advanced nuclear powered aircraft carrier sits dead in the water roughly 200 miles off its east coast. Not a single electronic circuit will function. It sits vulnerable and totally defenseless. America suspects Russia. Or China. Or are both now secretly conspiring against the U.S.?
