Disillusioned by the violence and insecurity of the 1990's as well as by the hypocrisy of many adults around them, Greg Haran and his friends lose hope and faith of ever finding a better world. Their decisions become clouded and they fall prey to an East Los Angeles gang. Miraculous events lead the high school youths to a discovery that allow them to change the history of the world . . . a future world where all people are at war with one another . . . a world where the only hope of safety is in the realization of a legendary city that only they have the power to create.
