When Mark Dwan, a heroin addicted American spy, and his boss feel the need to escape their boring clandestine service, they choose to do it in the gnarliest way possible, on LSD. With an Eastern European agent tagging along, they travel the world on a mission that might be too far fetched to accomplish. But with guidance and signs from external forces, they might just find what they need.
