The study explores the impact of incarceration on the maternal bonds between women in prison and their children. Conducted in Granada, it features in-depth interviews with six mothers residing at the Matilde Cantos Fernández social insertion center, some of whom have transitioned from other penitentiary facilities. The research aims to understand the unique challenges these women face regarding motherhood while incarcerated, shedding light on the emotional and relational dynamics that arise from their separation from their children.

Este estudio investiga la influencia de las madres en prisión sobre sus hijos, analizando las relaciones materno-filiales. Realizado en Granada con seis mujeres, se utilizan entrevistas semi-estructuradas para comprender su situación y los vínculos que se forman al estar separadas de sus hijos.
