It is structured in two parts: the first reviews administrative litigation changes in Colombia and Latin America during the late 20th century, highlighting innovations in administrative law and comparing electronic law across Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Spain. The second part delves into arbitration within Colombian legislation on electronic procedures, exploring its historical context, the integration of ICTs in state contracts, and consumer rights safeguards in arbitration.
