The study investigates the impact of mechanical decompaction on soybean production in Paraguay, focusing on soil physical limitations like compaction. Utilizing a randomized block design with two treatments—one with and one without decompaction—the research evaluates various soil and plant variables, including soil penetrability, bulk density, plant height, pod count, and seed weight. Statistical analysis through Student's t-test helps determine the effectiveness of decompaction at different soil depths, providing insights into improving soybean yields in compacted soils.
